2017 Recaredo Terrers Brut Reserva (750ml)

We make Recaredo Terrers using grapes from a select mosaic of own vineyards that grow in the Corpinnat territory, the birthplace of great sparkling wines within the historic winegrowing area of the Penedès. We cultivate the vineyards of Recaredo Terrers according to the principles of biodynamic viticulture, a step beyond organic. Recaredo Terrers is a Brut Nature Corpinnat marked by long ageing and made with historical, Mediterranean varieties from the Penedes region, specially Xarel·lo grapes. Recaredo Terrers should be stored at around 15 ºC. We recommend serving it in a glass of white wine at 8-10 ºC and opening the bottle a few minutes before serving.
