The nose here is replete with raspberry coulis and caramelized orange rind, before moving on to more subtle nuances of roasted herbs and bark. Full-bodied and ripe, but with enough bite to the tannins to give this structure and complexity. A blend of 60% cabernet sauvignon, 30% merlot and 10% cabernet franc. Drink now or hold.
