The minty and balsamic 2017 Pavina Pinot Noir Tempranillo has 75% Tempranillo and 25% Pinot Noir but aromas of none, as it's more in the spectrum of a New World Cabernet, minty with hints of eucalyptus and tiger balm. It's juicy and chewy, a happy red very apt for a barbecue. 62,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2018.
