The 2016 Cotes du Rhone Mistral is 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 5% each Carignan and Vaccarèse. Raised entirely in concrete, it offers aromas of rosemary and thyme, bay leaves and blueberries. It's medium-bodied, with some fine-grained tannins and a long, silky finish. It should drink well for 5 years from the vintage.
