Dark red. Bright and energetic on the fragrant nose, displaying an array of fresh red fruit and floral scents that are complemented by suggestions of succulent herbs, vanilla and coconut. Smooth, open-knit raspberry, cherry, rose pastille and cracked pepper flavors that pick up a smoky nuance on the back half. Finishes long and spicy, with just a hint of tannins and lingering florality.

This polished, supple red shows black cherry, fresh herb, licorice and mineral flavors, harmonious and alluring. The structure is light but focused, the finish spicy and fresh. Graceful. Drink now through 2026. 3,000 cases imported.

90 points, Thomas Matthews, Wine Spectator (Oct 2019)

Traditional Rioja aromas of red berry fruits, spice and vanilla fill the nose of this crianza from an excellent vintage. On the palate, it is tight and juicy in spicy plum and currant flavors.

90 points, Michael Schachner, Wine Enthusiast (Dec 2019)

Bright red fruit and fresh, floral fragrance here. The palate has a lithe, juicy edge with supple and even shape. Good balance. Drink now.
