Golden yellow. Complex and rich, with an expressive herbal and floral nose of tarragon, lemon verbena, honeysuckle, rose and a bit of spice and lanolin. On the palate, intensely fruity with flavors of ripe pineapple, melon and pear, but straight and precise and enveloped by a chalky minerality and a long finish. Beautiful and powerful. A blend of four top sites on schist soils in Savennières, including some from Roche aux Moines.

A more generous style, showing notes of sweet spice and tarragon on the racy palate. Texturally enticing, with an interplay of silkiness and crunchiness, offering orchard fruit flavors. Long, complex and focused, this is approachable now, but better to wait. Drink now through 2029. 100 cases imported.
