Patti didn't like the behavior of the variety in 2014, so he jumped to the 2015 Cabernet Franc. It shows some ripe and still primary aromas, quite fruit-driven, with more fruit notes than varietal aromas. The palate is light to medium-bodied, although these wines usually seem to put on some weight with time in bottle and show deceptively light and straightforward when young. I'd keep this for a couple more years in bottle. However, 2015 is certainly a riper year than 2013, the last vintage I tasted, but it still has quite noticeable acidity. 10,500 bottles produced. It was bottled in August 2016.
