The classical 2015 Alta Collection Cabernet Sauvignon was produced with grapes from their estate vineyards in San Pablo. The grapes fermented in stainless steel with selected yeasts after a cold soak. The wine matured in new and second use French oak barrels for 11 months. It's a textbook Uco, cold-climate Cabernet, with berry, herbal and spice aromas in good harmony. The palate is balanced and the tannins fine-grained, true to the variety. Very tasty. 84,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in October 2017.

A soft and fruity cabernet with chocolate, coffee and berry character. Medium body, round tannins and an easy finish. Drink now.
