This sturdy red has a four-square structure of big tannins and balsamic acidity. Flavors of ripe plum, dried fig, licorice and espresso mingle, with a clean finish. A bit rustic, but balanced. Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo. Drink now through 2023. 6,500 cases made, 800 cases imported.
