The 2013 Alamos Red Blend feels riper and smokier than the pure Malbec. This is a mixture composed of 60% Malbec with 30% Bonarda and the rest Tempranillo from La Consulta. Plums, smoky bacon and ripe black cherries give it an intoxicating perfume. The palate is soft and lush and supported by moderate acidity and very tasty flavors. 240,000 bottles produced.

A balanced and savory red, with damson plum and dried raspberry flavors that feature notes of rooibos tea. Cola and spice accents emerge on the fresh finish. Malbec, Bonarda and Tempranillo. Drink now. 105,000 cases imported.
