Lots of ripe fruit here. Dried berry, spice and walnut. Full body, silky tannins and a juicy finish. Bright and fruity. A blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, syrah and petit verdot. Drink now.

Bright medium ruby. Musky perfume of blackberry, dried flowers, graphite, mocha and bitter chocolate, lifted by a mineral element. Sweet, plush and deep; much more pliant than the 2012 Grand Malbec, with less obvious alcohol to mute the wine's intense fruit. Much suaver and more harmonious than the Grand Malbec, finishing with sweeter but serious tannins, a saline nuance and superb length. Just approaching its maturity but I'd still wait another year to pull the cork.

Rich, ripe and concentrated, with notes of green olive to the roasted plum, dark currant and dried berry flavors. Meaty notes linger on the savory finish. Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Syrah. Drink now through 2020. 4,000 cases made.
