With unusually strong acidity for its vintage and accordingly a prominently citric personality, the Mann 2011 Riesling Cuvee Albert displays juicy fresh apple infused with orange and lime rinds for a crisp and infectiously juicy performance that demonstrates the compatibility even in this vintage of lively acidity and lift with amply ripe flavors (at 13% alcohol, incidentally). Hints of salt and chalk add to the appeal of a satisfyingly sustained and refreshing finish. Plan to enjoy this bottling through 2018.

Fresh and floral, with a lacy texture and flavors of green pear, melon, star fruit, lemon zest and fleur de sel. Drink now through 2015. 150 cases imported.
