Our peaches are picked by a Monts du Lyonnais orchards cooperative in which 70% of the producers are certified of High Environmental Value. VEDRENNE's production process is designed to carefully extract the fruit's essence while respecting its fragility. Our peaches are macerated in alcohol in revolving stainless-steel vats where they are protected from the air and light.
