Aged first in bourbon barrels, then finished in a combination of seven cask types. Soft but powerful on the nose, with vanilla, caramel, malted milkshake, and candy shop aromas. The flavors are gentle but with a jolt of spice on the back palate, then more malt, vanilla cream, and jalapeño pepper spice. A long finish offers vanilla cake and chocolate frosting. Flavor-packed, and holds its proof well.
