Look for a mild, melon aroma. The palate mixes sweet and spice: almond and vanilla mingle with cinnamon and cayenne, finishing with a rich, rounded note that suggests dried dates and figs.

Clear color. Aromas and flavors of barnyard hay, rustic goat blue cheese on cucumber, kefir and sheep’s ghee, and oiled leather saddle with a silky, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body and a seamless, long finish that exhibits accents of singed herbs, grilled pears, roasted coconut milk, and bbq rub and smoked rooibos finish. A wonderfully vibrant and rustic mezcal for sipping, cigars, or adventurous cocktails.
