The nosing passes detect scents of canned pineapple and guava with soft traces of baking spices. The palate entry is sweet and very fruity; by midpalate the flavors include ripe tastes of pineapple, guava, banana and citrus with delicate hints of clove, ginger and cinnamon. A tasty alternative to the more heavily spiced flavored rums available.
