Honeysuckle, rye bread, lemon black tea, fresh thyme, seasoned oak, mint, cracked black pepper, pine, cardamom, caramel. Syrupy mouthfeel. Big notes of mint, chocolate, and brown sugar are prominent, accompanied by undertones of the spice rack: clove, black pepper, nutmeg, dark caramel, and dense honey. Lemon oil and more rye spice add depth to the back palate. The long finish is characterized by strong baking spice notes, including pepper and cardamom, before the earthen notes of pine and mint emerge and sweeten into honey, vanilla, and a hint of oak.
