Three straight whiskeys aged at least 6 years and finished up to 2 years in port, sherry, sauternes, and rum barrels. The nose offers baked dark fruits, black currant, maple syrup, and candied apple. On the palate, Red Hots, baked apple, baking spice, and white pepper. The finish is rich and chocolaty, with cinnamon-spiced cocoa and brown sugar. A great winter whiskey with gobs of flavor, but still playful enough for summer.
