The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs d'A˙ is bright, effusive and full of character. Chardonnay is so expressive in A˙, where the aromatics are beautifully lifted and there is plenty of depth. Lemon confit, spice, apricot, tangerine peel and light tropical notes all grace this super-expressive Blanc de Blancs. Disgorged: February, 2021.

Disgorged in November 2019, the new release of Chiquet's NV Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs d'A˙ is pretty, bursting with scents of apple blossom, crisp orchard fruit, fresh peach and warm bread. Medium-bodied, ample and pillowy, with a charming core of fruit, bright acids and a pinpoint mousse, it's a bright, expressive bottling that I suspect will pick up a bit of additional depth with a year or two on cork.
