The NV Crémant du Jura is from a single vintage, but it's not visible on the label, cork or anywhere; so, for practical reasons, we'll consider it a non-vintage blend. It's pure Chardonnay produced in a simple and clean style, matured in contact with the lees for 18 months and bottled as a Brut, with less than three grams of sugar. It's a nice quaffing sparkling wine, pleasant, easy to drink, with some complexity. It also has some citrus and yeasts notes, fresh and with good acidity.
