Firm and focused, this mouthwatering rosé is lightly chalky in texture, with an integrated range of white peach, pink grapefruit sorbet and blanched almond. A briny hint of oyster shell cleans the lingering finish. Disgorged September 2018. Drink now through 2022.

The NV Rosé is a very pretty, inviting wine. Silky in feel, with lifted, floral aromatics, Hebrart's Rosé is delicious on its own, but also has the pedigree to drink beautifully at the dinner table. The suave, silky style is especially inviting. The blend here is 55% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 7% still Pinot. Dosage is 6.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: September 13, 2018.

Aromas of sweet red berries, fresh pastry, orange rind and spices introduce Hébrart's latest NV Brut Premier Cru Rosé, a medium to full-bodied, elegant and charming wine with a delicate core of fruit, fine-boned structure and a mouthwateringly chalky finish. It was disgorged earlier this year.
