Rich, attractive, roasted herbal aromas of toasted focaccia, smoked nuts, fruitcake, and hot pepper jelly with an oily, lively, fizzy, dry medium-full body and a hot, involved, very long iodine, Band-Aid, chestnut honey, and white cigar ash finish. A smoky, fiery beast that needs a few drops of water to tame to an Islay gentleman.
