A blend of pot still and grain whiskeys matured in bourbon, oloroso, and sweet chestnut casks, the nose shows cinnamon bark, toffee, toasted hazelnut, coconut shell, green pear, hazelnut ganache, and cacao nibs. A step up from the original Jameson Triple Triple, this tastes like a double chocolate muffin poured into a glass. Delicious layers of dark chocolate, with vanilla, toffee, seasoned oak, and long-lasting spiciness. Pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg on the finish.

Gold color. Aromas and flavors of figgy toffee pudding, demerara sugar and brown butter, apple fritter, and spiced dates with a satiny, crisp, dry medium body and a captivating, medium-length finish displaying shades of spiced figs and apple butter, banana bread pudding, sugar plums with cinnamon, and candied leather. Reminiscent of vintage Irish Whiskies that featured the Whiskey fruit and nuttiness with the light influence of wine casks instead of Bourbon; try this for an idea of what Whiskey was like 60 years ago.
