Look for a golden hue and mild almond aromas. The light and fresh palate shows coconut and toasted almond, layering in a faint hint of fresh pear, plus white pepper and ginger root sparks on the finish. A splash of water brings more soft vanilla forward. Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for six months in ex-Foursquare rum casks from Barbados.
