Lightly toasty, this well-knit Champagne layers the soft and creamy mousse with crunchy acidity, supporting flavors of golden raisin and baked plum fruit, honey and toasted almond. Not a powerhouse, but lingers pleasantly on the refined finish. Drink now through 2020. 100 cases imported.

The NV Henri Dosnon Brut Sélection (COL 16) is a citrus colored Côte des Bar cuvée with a bright and floral bouquet of ripe lemons. Very fresh and perfectly round, this is a light and fruity but well-structured Pinot Noir Champagne with a bit of Chardonnay, good finesse and persistent fruit aromatics. Tasted July 2018.
