Clear amber color. Candied, buttery, woody aromas of toasted banana, coconut flakes, graham cracker, orange oil, walnut oil, burnt honey, brioche, and violets with a syrupy, fruity sweet light-to-medium body and a smooth, brisk woody, coconut flakes- toasted, waxy, potpourri, dark chocolate, buttery, strawberry, thyme, baking spices, and nutty finish. A really beautiful dry dark Rum with just enough sweetness but then balanced with a light spice.
