Nectar Dulce is an 8-year-old sherry made 100% from Pedro Ximenez. It shows an intense ebony color with iodine tones and intense legs due to the high sugar content. On the nose rich aromas of fruit such as raisins, figs and dates accompanied by honey, syrup and fruit preserve. On the palate velvety and smooth with good acidity which alleviates the sweetness. Long and flavorful finish. An ideal dessert wine poured over vanilla ice cream or with dark chocolate cake or caramel based desserts. Serve slightly chilled.
