The latest rendition of the NV Brut Premier Cru Tradition is excellent, unfurling in the glass with aromas of mandarin, apple, freshly baked bread and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with tangy acids, a fine mousse and a generous but vibrant core of fruit. It's an expressive, giving Champagne that will offer a broad drinking window—and it's also a great value.
