The NV Brut Tradition, based on 2013 in this release, is absolutely delicious, not to mention a terrific introduction to the range and a great value. The natural richness and breadth of Aÿ come through loud and clear. Pear, spice and floral notes build effortlessly as this creamy, super-inviting Champagne shows off its alluring personality. The Tradition is a real overachiever in its price range. Disgorged: February, 2019.

The latest rendition of the NV Brut Premier Cru Tradition is excellent, unfurling in the glass with aromas of mandarin, apple, freshly baked bread and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, broad and fleshy, with tangy acids, a fine mousse and a generous but vibrant core of fruit. It's an expressive, giving Champagne that will offer a broad drinking window—and it's also a great value.

Vibrant and balanced, with flavors of nectarine, candied orange peel, slivered almond and oyster shell set on a lacy texture. Fragrant hints of white blossoms and lemon thyme show on the finish. Disgorged January 2022. Drink now. 1,850 cases imported.
