A single bottle broke in a full case. The carrier returned it prior to delivery. I emailed B‑21 promptly received a replacement. I prefer to shop on‑line instead of going to a store and wandering the aisles, especially during the very real prospect of contracting covid‑19. I do all my wine and liquor shopping at B‑21 and they give a combination of a wide selection, very fast delivery, and outstanding customer service.

They are very good. Am a returning customer. At the moment they seem swamped with orders with limited shipping options. I like them a lot for quality and attention but it would be nice to have a phone discussion on certain sized orders.
