This rice whisky is a rather delicate and beautiful creation with a nose of grapefruit peel, lime zest, lemon lip balm, vanilla ice cream, floral notes, and soft spices. On the palate, it’s a bright, citrus-forward whisky with bold notes of warm orange, vanilla, and brown sugar, shifting subtly to add mixed peel and candied orange and lemon over base notes of clove and peppercorn.
