A part of Fettercairn's U.S. debut this spring. Damp earth on the nose, charred marshmallow sweetening to more vanilla, pastry notes, Heath bar, and banana bread. The palate is herbal, with Moroccan mint tea and pepper, but also an edge of sweet fruit and overripe peaches. The finish offers baking chocolate and red berries, ending with a charcoal note. Delightful.
