Bright fresh pear perfumes this 16-year-old single malt. Mulling spices, baked pear, and loads of vanilla frame the palate, plus a soft, smoky waft and final crystallized ginger and clove zing.

Aged entirely in bourbon barrels, this is the first 16 year old to be a member of Fettercairn’s core lineup. Pine forest starts things off on the nose, but there are tropical notes— lemon and lime—tea, chocolate sweetness, and orange peel all gracing the palate. The finish is long and tropical, with more citrus. A Highland with tropical zest and flair.
