Aromas and flavors of lightly smoked jalapeño, grilled plantain, thyme and black pepper, and clover honey with a velvety, crisp, dry medium body and a tingling, interesting, medium-length finish manifesting accents of vanilla semi glaze of poblano pepper, apricot, praline, and green tea. The agave is still deliciously present and well integrated with gentle barrel caramel and baking spices.
