Straw-coloured glints. Persistant creamy mousse. First open and fine with white fruits aromas (pears, white peaches), the nose reveals toasty bread and dried fruits flavours. Then, come silex mineral touches and a distilled grapes perfume. Lively, fruity and round palate. Very well balanced. The aftertaste is characterised by the persistancy of the aromas.
