Earthy, resiny scent with a hint of fruit in the background. At first, the flavor is a little raw, but given some time to aerate, it mellows to an earthy, tropical fruit sweetness. Soft feel. A fine addition to a Pisco Punch.

Aromas of malty and stemmy grape pomace with hints of pistachio oil and yeasty apple bread dough. Silky in texture with a dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a drying and warm, nutshell, mineral, and stewed stone fruit accented finish. Rustic and interesting.
