Bonanza began in 2019 with Cabernet Sauvignon made from diverse parts of California. Inspiration came from Caymus co-founder Charlie Wagner Sr. and his enjoyment (always in moderation) of a good glass of wine with lunch or dinner. Bonanza celebrates this simple pleasure of life along with the thrill of discovery from exploring our great state. Now Charlie Sr.'s namesake and grandson is continuing the family tradition with this introduction of Bonanza Chardonnay Lot 1. Not buttery or oak driven, the wine bounces out of the glass in a pure expression of the variety. Light melon with vibrant acidity.
