A blend of straight bourbons ranging in age from 6 to 15 years, from three states. It has a piney, corn-heavy aroma. It’s tasty, if not overly complex, showing notes of popcorn, sweet berry, and vanilla, with a finish that brings to mind hot corn muffins fresh from the oven. The finish has a slightly chalky character. Not off-putting in any way, just a bit linear.
