successful trials, we decided to go ahead with a 10 bbl batch of spiked water. If everything works out as planned, we will break this up into 3 flavors: orange, lemon/lime and kiwi. We will not have them all on at the same time, but we are looking forward to seeing customer reaction in the tasting room. We dialed it in and ended with these stats: 4.5% ABV, 90 calories, 5g of carbs and 1 gram of sugar. The first batch was just finished and is on tap now in the tasting room.
