Finished on French oak scraps that blender Dixon Dedman sourced from cooperages across France, this is awash in cinnamon graham cracker, caramelized sugar, barrel char, dark fruit, and strawberries on the nose. The palate is light on its feet but rich with flavor, humming with more of the same notes from the nose: cinnamon, vanilla latte, caramel syrup, and berry fruit. Maple syrup sweetness supports more fruit and a kick of cinnamon spice on the finish.
