I began using B21 about 2 years ago. Wish I had found them sooner. They represent about 70% to 80 % of my liquor buys. Only the odd things are purchased elsewhere. The 2025 Single Vineyard Estate Riesling is precise, esthery and aromatic, with notes of crushed shells, white flowers, pressed linen, white pear and green apple. In the mouth, the wine is persistent and smooth, with saline acidity that is woven throughout every aspect of the palate. This is a gorgeous wine, as ever. 11.5% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

Riesling sourced from a single vineyard way up around 490m elevation in Pewsey Vale. Classic Eden Valley characters from woe to go. Fresh limes, Christmas lily, citrus blossom, crushed stone, lemongrass, Bickford's lime cordial and ozone. Dry, precise and thirst-slakingly good drinking. Super stuff; we all need a bottle of this close at hand when the weather warms up.
