The 2024 Weissburgunder Terrassen Smaragd comes from the Kollmütz, sourced from a vineyard aged between 45 and 60 years. The merest hint of white pear flesh is tender on the nose. Despite being aged only in stainless steel, there is gentle creaminess aligned with ripeness. Still closed, it needs time to unfold but shows beautiful tension and texture.
