From Gualtallary, the 2024 Chardonnay was aged 12 months in 500L French oak barrels, partially under flor. It shows hazelnut, acacia and fresh pear, with herbal hints and soft oak marked by a touch of caramel. Dry, the palate works differently in the context of both the variety and the Uco Valley: it is tight, with a certain dryness that avoids any sweetness, finishing with a cashew-like note. A stylistically interesting wine, delicately resolved.

Youthful and lightly spicy aromas of freshly cut pineapple, chalk, star fruit and touches of kelp and nougat. Deliciously saline and pure on the medium-to full-bodied palate, with a long and lightly unctuous finish. The subtle salinity offers extra layers, length and definition to the wine. Drink from 2027.
