From Beugnons, mostly 60 year old vines though one plot has just been replanted. Made in stainless steel and bottled in June. Pale lemon colour. Not much detail but some intensity. Excellent balance here, apple lemon and lime, classic minerals, only modestly marine. Good persistence. Drink from 2028-2032. Tasted Jun 2025.

Here too there is a whiff of petrol though it's much more subtle on the nose of iodine, acacia, white pepper and mineral reduction. The rich and relatively generously proportioned middle weight flavors that terminate in a clean, attractively dry, crisp and refreshing finale. This could use better depth but a few years of keeping should address that.
