Brilliant company. I like everything about it, and dislike nothing about it. Have been ordering since Christmas 2021, and have neither ordered from anyone else nor bought a single bottle from my supermarket since. If there were such an award, I would nominate B‑21 for best small company in our country.

2024 Antinori Pian delle Vigne Rosso di Montalcino (750ml)

Sangiovese from Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy

⟵

92 V

90 JD

The 2024 Rosso di Montalcino is wildly fresh and vivid, with a complementary mix of crushed blackberries, blueberries, sweet mint and violets. Racy and sleek, it displays polished wild berry fruits elevated by a core of vibrant acidity, as a mineral crunch forms toward the close. The 2024 leaves a licorice tinge and sweet inner florals to resonate on the long finish.

92 points, Eric Guido, Vinous (Mar 2026)

Bright and fresh in style, the 2024 Rosso Di Montalcino pours a youthful ruby hue and opens with aromas of ripe cherries, tangerine, crushed flowers, and sweet cedar. Medium-bodied, it’s tangy and energetic on the palate, with ripe tannins, bright acidity, and a savory streak of salinity that keeps it snappy through the finish. Drink 2025-2032.

90 points, Audrey Frick, Jeb Dunnuck (Feb 2026)
