Generous aromas of preserved lemon, sea spray, grapefruit, crushed stones and yellow apples. The palate is mid-weighted with a textural, rounded mouthfeel tied together with a focused and linear acidity. Excellent value and well made. Drink or hold.

Sourced from 61% Napa, 32% Santa Barbara, and 7% Sonoma, this wine underwent a mix of stainless steel fermentation and neutral barrels, with a touch of new oak during ageing, kept to lower toasts. It presents as wonderfully crisp and varietally driven, with bright citrus and orchard fruit tones of yellow apple and poached pear, alongside a lifted, creamy panna cotta character and subtle white peach. The palate has a touch of texture and weight from partial malolactic fermentation, lending a hint of butter, though this is underscored by crisp acid tension. Nicely composed and all too easy to enjoy.
