The 2023 Chablis Vieilles Vignes Massale is 30% aged in used barrels. This has a fragrant bouquet that I much prefer to Les Pargues–more delineation and mineralité coming through here. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, good concentration with a touch of sour lemon towards the finish.
