Great experience! I travelled to Spain recently and fell in love with a wine there. I found it online at B‑21and placed an order. Great communication throughout the packing and shipping process, and it was so easy to pick up at Walgreens without having to worry about being home and signing for the wine. Super happy I can continue to get my favorite wine and will definitely order from them again!

B21 is a very good site with a wide variety. I have used them many times, the website is very good, and their shipments are prompt. However I am confused when I look at the shipping costs shown on the website, and sometimes the “free or $12 flat rate” does not get applied.

The 2023 Riesling Achleiten Smaragd is still reduced on the nose; underneath is a flicker of citrus, perhaps even of conifer. This dry riesling from the legendary Achleithen site doesn’t wear its greatness on its sleeve, so you need patience if you want to drink it young. When you aerate it enough, it opens enormously, developing aromas like fresh peanuts, tarragon and shiso leaf. Amazing concentration and finesse on the midpalate. Then comes the best part: its multidimensional and extraordinarily precise finish. Just 20 hectoliters per hectare. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
