The nose is mineral-driven with aromas of grapefruit, lemon balm and river stones. The palate is medium-bodied with a generous texture, supported by striking acidity and notes of orange blossoms, lime zest and passion fruit. Fermented in 400-liter French oak barrels, 54% new, from a blend of 94% sauvignon blanc, 3% viognier and 3% semillon. Drink or hold.

This Sauvignon Blanc brings in a classic Bordeaux style with some richness without losing its fresh edge. The 2023 vintage was a cool one, resulting in a late harvest, giving the grapes extra time to develop complexity and depth. The wine is very aromatic with small percentages of Sémillon and Viognier, showcasing a mix of stone fruit, tropical aromas of passion fruit flowers, and green guava. The mid-palate is round and expressive, with juicy citrus and ripe melon flavours, while a crisp, mineral-driven finish brings balance.
