The 2023 Chardonnay Russian River Valley is a bright golden yellow color and is savory and fresh, with a lovely bouquet. The pure, ripe palate has fantastic clarity in its notes of fresh pineapple, fresh golden citrus, wet stones, and fresh white peach, and it has a long finish. Drink 2025-2035. This is a contender for top lists.

The 2023 Chardonnay Estate is a gorgeous entry-level wine in this range. Pear, spice, tangerine peel and light tropical accents all grace this understated offering from Tom Rochioli. This 2023 is a fine edition of the Estate Chardonnay. Most of this fruit is Hanzell clone.
